Before the procedure, it is necessary to warm up the preparation to a temperature of 38 °C in the thermostat for at least 15-20 minutes until the gel changes to a liquid state or in a thermocup – water temperature of 50 °C, additional heating is necessary during the procedure.

When working with scar tissue, COLLOST® gel should be injected into the scar and transitional tissue around the scar.
